Term 3 was hectic, starting off with ‘Healthy Week’ where the children learned about how to make healthy lifestyle choices. We had a workshop from ‘Kidzfit’ and the children thoroughly enjoyed hoola-hooping and learning different skills.

Year 1 made visits to the synagogue in Rochester as part of their RE work and we thank all the parents who gave up time to walk with the classes.

Year 2 enjoyed their ‘Disaster’ theme learning about the Titanic and the Fire of London. They even took part in an experiment to see for themselves what happened and how quickly the fire spread. Adults led this by safely setting fire to model houses made by the children. There was much excitement!

The children in EYFS have been learning about ‘Journeys’ and have had lots of experiences to role play in different situations.

The whole school enjoyed the first film night as suggested by the School Council and were extremely well behaved as always.
